Shipping
Expedited Shipping - Please be sure to read important information below.
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between two (2) and twenty-four (24) hours for us to receive it. To ship a package out on a weekday, we need to receive it by noon Eastern time. Orders received after this will go out the next business day. Please keep in mind that anything we receive too late to ship out before the weekend or a holiday will not go out until the following business. Express shipping times only start when we have processed the order and handed it off to United Parcel Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service (USPS). If details are incomplete and we need to email, call or otherwise contact you, this will also delay ship out of the package.
Our company is located in Western Pennsylvania. Customers in adjoining states will usually not require expedited shipments through UPS, since shipping times to addresses on those states are generally one or two days with regular UPS ground services. The map below will allow you to assess UPS ground shipping times. The number of days represents the number of days usually experienced starting with the first day after the day of shipout.

The shopping cart on this web site will provide estimated shipping charges for UPS and USPS. It does so by interfacing with the UPS and USPS computers to determine charges, based upon the details furnished. You can select your preferred shipping quote.
If you provide your email address, UPS will send you an email when they pick up your package at our store. This will provide you with a tracking number and details, as to when UPS expects to deliver yor package. You will need to enter your physical address, as UPS does not deliver to a P.O. box. Please let your local delivery person know to expect a shipment, particularly, if you do not regularly receive packages. Make arrangements with your driver where to leave the package, if you will not be at home for delivery. If UPS tries to deliver your package, is unable, and returns the package to us, there is a $25.00 restocking fee. Please keep in mind that if you do select one of the expedited UPS services (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air), any weather delays are not covered by UPS. This means that if you select 2nd Day Air shipping, you will not receive a refund from UPS should the package not be able to be delivered due to weather conditions.
International customers can also obtain quotes for shipping through USPS. UPS quotes are generally very substantially higher than charges through the Post Office. Please call or fax if you need a UPS shipping quote. Also please note: Many countries have special requirements on incoming international packages. We are pleased to send packages to customers overseas, but cannot be responsible for special requirements beyond name, address, and the contents marking: Folk dancing supplies. We recommend that you inquire at your local receiving post office and local customs office, concerning any additional package and customs requirements. Examples may be, but are not limited to, the following: Passport number, local telephone number, detailed contents classification code number or other special marking on package. Please provide all of this information by email, fax or telephone when placing your order.
